Outside is a screened porch containing the private hot tub and a seating area, as well as an additional outdoor seating area with a covered dining table. This property is child free and pet free, making it the perfect place for a peaceful couple's retreat.

- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense, without Police being dispatched: Will result in a $250 fine
2nd Offense and/or Police are dispatched: Will result in an immediate eviction with no refund
Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Raccoons, ETC). Please be aware of your surroundings, and take caution while driving at night. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. This includes but is not limited to: ants, spiders, scorpions, beetles, mice, or flies.
