Kuhlmann Haus is a beautiful large country farmhouse. The house features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms which gives you plenty of room for your weekend or longer getaway. If you wish to cook a meal during your visit, the kitchen has a full size refrigerator, stove, microwave and Keurig coffee maker. Step out back and enjoy sitting around the fire pit or take a dip in the relaxing hot tub.  Although Kuhlmann Haus has been updated, it still has the warm country feel of a time long ago.   

- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
  1st Offense, without Police being dispatched: Will result in a $250 fine 
   2nd Offense and/or Police are dispatched: Will result in an immediate eviction with no refund.
