Fat Ass Ranch and Winery has two locations in Fredericksburg. The winery is located just off of what is known as Wine Road 290, at 51 Elgin-Behrends Road. They also have a tasting room located along the central thoroughfare of Fredericksburg’s historic downtown at 153 East Main Street. They are open Sunday-Friday from 11am-5pm and Saturday from 11am-6pm.
