Alstadt Brewery in Fredericksburg Texas is located southeast of downtown Fredericksburg along what has become known as Wine Road 290, located at 6120 US Highway 290 East. They are open Wednesday-Thursday from 12pm-8pm, Friday-Saturday from 12pm-9pm, and Sunday from 11:30am-8pm. They are closed Mondays and Tuesdays. Free tours are offered daily at 12:15pm, 2:00pm, and 4:00pm on a first come, first serve basis.
