1851 Vineyards in Texas is located southwest of downtown Fredericksburg at 4222 South State Hwy 16. They are open Thursday-Saturday from 11am-6pm and Sunday-Monday from 12pm-5pm. Private tastings and tours can be booked in advance from their website. Tours are offered at 11am and 4pm on Saturdays and on the hour on Thursday, Friday, and Sunday. An all-inclusive tour is $60 per person.
