Breakfast at the Absolute Charm Luxury Properties
At Absolute Charm we strive to provide a lovely breakfast to each of our guests. While many cottages in town have gone to a "no breakfast" or "coffee and tea service only" policy, we aim to provide the best breakfast possible based on where you choose to stay. Whether a particular property offers a full sit-down affair, a continental plus breakfast, or a certificate to a well-loved local eatery, you can be assured the owners have made this choice with your comfort and convenience in mind.

Breakfast at the Inn On The Creek
Breakfast at the Inn on the Creek is served in the traditional manner in our elegant dining room.  Coffee is served beginning at 7:30 and breakfast is "come and go" from 8:30-9:30 each morning.  Typical fare includes biscuits and bacon, homemade breakfast cake and the always popular bacon and green chili quiche.  You will also enjoy fresh fruit with our delectable signature kahlua fruit topping.

Breakfast at the Queen Anne B&B and Spa
If the Queen Anne is your home while in Fredericksburg, Texas, you will enjoy a
lovely chandelier-lit breakfast in our beautiful dining room.  Coffee
service begins at 7:30 with come-and-go breakfast served between 8:30-9:30
each morning. Our Chef prepares daily such delightful treats as homeade quiche, biscuits, bacon, sausage, and muffins from scratch.  You will also enjoy elegant fruit cups with creme fraiche.

Breakfast at the Victorian Mansion and Guest Cottages
If you book the Victorian Mansion or Guest Cottages, you will receive a certificate for each morning's breakfast. This certificate provides breakfast for each member of your party at one of our wonderful local restaurants. Your certificate is good for $7.00 per person (note other services usually only give $5.00) per day at any of our affiliated eateries. We like to offer a good variety of choices, and we believe we offer something for all tastes! The restaurants currently offered through our gift certificate program are as follows (Please be aware that hours of operation, etc. can change without our knowledge. Closed Sunday and Monday Breakfast served: 7:00am - 10:30am

This is my personal favorite restaurant in town! Hannah‚s is a very upscale spot with unusual dishes∑such as the stuffed pancake (you‚ll find your egg and bacon cooked right inside!) While many of the items on the menu are priced within the value of your coupon, you will definitely find budget-blowing items (but well worth it in my opinion.) If you‚re looking for something special, try Hannah‚s on Main.

Closed Tuesday Breakfast served: 9:00am - 11:00am

This unusual, upscale restaurant is located in the basement of the historic hospital building on Main St. below the Kuchen Laden kitchen store. The atmosphere is charming and the food is excellent. My personal favorite is the French toast. I‚m getting hungry just thinking about it. Again, it would be possible to go over the certificate value at Rathskeller, but you will find several items which are covered. Rathskeller is also worth a splurge. Loosen your belt and live a little!

Fredericksburg Coffee & Tea 338 W. Main    830-997-8327

Breakfast served: 8:00am - 3:00pm (Monday-Saturday) and
                               9:00am-12:00noon (Sunday)

This delightfully funky, eclectic coffee house is located on West Main Street and offers an amazing selection of highly quality coffees and teas. They make a delightful breakfast taco (your choice of ingredients) and excellent juevos rancheros. The food is fresh and made when ordered. Another plus is you will easily be able to eat breakfast within the limits of your certificate as the fare is all very reasonably priced. Most locals aso say they have the best coffee in town.

Java Ranch- 114 E. Main    830-990-4517

Breakfast served: 7:00am - 11:00am (Monday-Saturday) and
                               8:00-11:00am (Sunday)

One of Java Ranch‚s greatest claims to fame is its great location. It is located in the middle of the shopping district and carries a nice selection of coffee, scones, etc. Many of our guests choose to sleep in and use their certificate later in the day for pie and coffee or even a margarita! Enjoy!

The Breakfast provided by the properties we do not own, but rather represent, those found under Other Luxury B&B's, vary by property.  Please check each room's description for a full disclosure of the type of breakfast, if any, served at that property. If the property's listing states that it provides "breakfast gift certificates to local eateries", then you can assume that the certificates are to the same restaurants listed above as this indicates that the particular property participates in our gift certificate program.
