Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!! The awesomeness of this cottage can only be exceeded by the things that cannot be controlled- like the deer, the breeze, the turkey's, wild hogs, the donkey's, jack rabbits and yes even a found a few scorpions under rocks. We loved it & will be back!

Want to come to the Texas Hill Country to actually BE in the country? Then, Tin Roof Cottage is just the place for you. This spacious 4 bedroom, two bath cabin is located 12 miles from Main Street shopping and offers beautiful sweeping views of the gorgeous scenery for which Fredericksburg is famous. Guests enjoy a wonderful mixture of urban loft meets Hill Country comfort. Downstairs you will find a large living area plus kitchen space with microwave, mini-fridge and coffee fixin's. The large table offers a great location for a game of cards or a few hands of "42." Later you might want to relax on the huge front porch and just take in the vista. A smoker and grill are also available for your use, making the Tin Roof Cottage a great getaway for small family reunions.
The two downstairs bedrooms hold king size beds. One bedroom has an en suite bath with shower. An additional bathroom with shower is downstairs to be used by the other three bedrooms. The loft spaces upstairs hold a queen size bed on one side and a full size bed on the other.
To top it all off, the Tin Roof Cottage now has a luxurious private hot tub on the back deck just waiting to soak your cares away. Whether it's just the two of you or a small friends and family getaway, make Tin Roof Cottage your own Hill Country retreat!
