Best place so far in Fred! Beds are wonderful!Peaceful and quaint. Loved having the entire house to ourselves. No problems with parking. We used the tree swing, the kitchen and even the front porch swing-reminded us of our childhood. We will come back very soon. Best Kept Secret! Thanks for everything!

We have stayed in B&B's from Carmel to Charleston and MANY in between and this is our favorite...it is so comfortable and has so many great touches.
