2/5- We have absolutely LOVED our stay here! We have felt so very welcome during our stay. The decor is FABULOUS!! The hot tub out back was awesome-what a treat. This has been by far the Best B&B we've ever stayed in. Thank you so very much for all the warm and welcoming touches- the lovely cheese/fruit tray when we arrived and the AWESOME cinnamon coffee creamer!!

1/26- We come to Fredericksburg at least once a year. We were welcomed to Suite Escape with open arms. Out of all the B&Bs we've stayed in this is BY FAR THE VERY BEST. Nothing went unnoticed. It was nice to see all the extras and had we forgotten anything it would have come to our rescue! This is our last trip before welcoming our first born and it exceeded our expectations. The goodies in the fridge were a great surprise & it made it easy to feel at home. We WILL be back!

1/22- This has been an amazing experience. This town is so charming with so many delightful surprises around every corner. Suite Escape has been PERFECT!. This cottage was absolutely perfect in every way. Love the Décor, amenities and the cheese, crackers & grapes were scrumptious. What an amazing find- we will be back... It will be hard to leave this “Romantic Bubble” and go back to reality, but we will always have the amazing memories. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

This place was awesome and the property is beautiful! It had all the amenities that we requested. Fredericksburg is gorgeous. We especially liked the fact that this town has been so well preserved as far as the old buildings and houses. The Harpolds are awesome hosts. Our battery died and we were stuck in the driveway, but Stephen hooked us up! A totally awesome experience! Thank you so much!

This completely renovated private cottage was once the carriage house at the 1873 Heinemann-Moritz estate. The owners have spared no expense in turning this historic gem into a modern day luxurious retreat that will simply amaze you.
Guests enter the cottage via the charming front porch, complete with rockers and french doors. As you enter the cottage you will find a spacious bedroom with a four-poster king size bed with fabulous French country linens, and a 50" flat screen TV, complete with cable selections and a blue ray DVD player. The vaulted ceiling is lined with beautiful stained beams, offering an intimate ambiance. Off the bedroom you will find a beautiful private bath which includes both a whirlpool tub for two and a separate glass shower.
You will also enjoy a kitchenette complete with granite countertops, microwave, mini-fridge and Keurig coffee maker. A comfortable sitting area with a second 42" flat screen TV completes the indoor space. Your complimentary wi-fi signal is strongest in this room, so bring your laptop and check out the day's events.
Just outside the cottage you will find your own private hot tub sanctuary with a flagstone patio and cedar stay fence. The hot tub offers a great view overlooking the property's old red barn. Soak away your big city blues while connecting with each other and this charming piece of Texas history.
